Take part in the Maare-Mosel-Lauf – and be enchanted by the Volcanic Eifel!
Dear runners,
Imagine taking in the mystical landscape of the Volcanic Eifel as you run past deep blue maars, rolling hills and imposing rocks that capture millions of years of history. The Maare-Mosel-Lauf is much more than just a running event – prepare to embark on a journey through fascinating natural landscapes between the maars and Moselle. It’s a truly breath-taking run! From the half marathon to the 5 km course, there is a suitable route for runners of all abilities.

Children’s Races:
- 1,200 m Girls Under-8s to Under-12s (6-11 years) (4 pm)
- 1,200 m Boys Under-8s to Under-12s (6-11 years) (4 pm)
- 300 m Bambinis (4:15 pm)
- 5,000 m Under-14s to Under-16s (12-15 years) (6 pm)
Award ceremony for children’s races immediately afterwards

Are there sanitary facilities and showers?
You can use the school changing rooms, showers and toilets at the start and finish line in Gillenfeld.
Is there catering?
Catering will be provided for all participants and spectators not only on the course, but also in the finish area.
Can I change my selected route?
You can easily re-register for the event. Please let us know in good time at info@inmedia.info.
Timekeeping
Your time will be recorded by a chip in your race number.
There is no timekeeping on the GesundLand course.
Who is eligible to participate?
Anyone who feels comfortable running is welcome to take part. You can find the exact conditions of participation here.
How is the route secured?
As your safety is very important to us, the route is monitored by security personnel and the German Red Cross.
Disqualification
The event can only run smoothly if everyone behaves considerately. The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants or impose other penalties in exceptional circumstances, particularly in the case of health problems and gross breaches of the rules. Any participants who are too slow may be taken out of the race after exceeding the time limit.

There are signposted parking areas next to the Gillenfeld sports field.

How do I redeem a voucher?
It’s very simple: Take a photo of your voucher, say that you want to redeem it for the next event, specify the route you want to take, share your address and date of birth, and send everything to info@inmedia.info. We will take care of your registration.
What should I do if I have registered but will not be able to take part?
No problem! These things happen. Just send us a medical certificate so that we can transfer your money back to you. Alternatively, you can assign your starting place to someone else – just send an email to info@inmedia.info and we will change the details for you.
